Week 91 of the 2 Year Bible Reading Plan

Dear Church Family,
Here are the readings for this week;
Monday – Galatians 3:1-29
Tuesday – Galatians 4:1-31
Wednesday – Galatians 5:1-6:18
Thursday – Ephesians 1:1-23
Friday – Ephesians 2:1-22
Saturday – Ephesians 3:1-21
Point to Ponder; Five out of the six days this week we are reading only one chapter of the New Testament.  That may seem like a “lite” reading schedule.  But don’t be fooled, these chapters in Galatians and Ephesians are anything but “lite” reading. They are packed full of passages that clearly define God’s gracious work of salvation in Christ for us, and who we are as a result of God’s gracious work.  My advice… read slow and receive God’s promises as the Holy Spirit brings Christ to you through His Word.
Blessings on your reading,
Pastor Marc

Weekend of 2/22 – 2/23 at TLC

Dear Church Family,
A big thank you to everyone who donated stuff for our “This and That” sale.  Our church is packed to the gills!  Pray for good weather tomorrow.  In fact, come on over and hang out with us for awhile.  We’ll be here from 8-12ish.  By the way, if you donated something and now you are having 2nd thoughts about giving it away, you can always buy it back at full retail price, lol!
Sunday is fellowship Sunday, so bring a treat to share with your neighbor. In Sunday’s sermon, I’m talking religion… When people look at the way we live, what religion do they see?  Hmmmm.
Blessings,
Pastor Marc

Week 90 of the 2 Year Bible Reading Plan

Dear Church Family,
Here are the readings for this week;
Monday – 2 Corinthians 5:1-21
Tuesday – 2 Corinthians 6:1-7:16
Wednesday – 2 Corinthians 8:1-9:15
Thursday – 2 Corinthians 10:1-11:33
Friday – 2 Corinthians 12:1-13:14
Saturday – Galatians1:1-2:21
Key Verse for the Week: Galatians 2:20-21 “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not nullify the grace of God, for if justification were through the law,  then Christ died for no purpose.”
Blessings on your reading,
Pastor Marc
