1 Year BIble Reading Plan and a Thank You! from Ft. Myers

Dear Church Family,
Here are the readings for this week,
Monday – 2 Thessalonians 3, Psalm 150
Tuesday – 1 Timothy 1
Wednesday – 1 Timothy 2
Thursday – 1 Timothy 3
Friday – 1 Timothy 4

A big thank relayed by Dr. Baum from the folks working in Ft. Myers (Zion Lutheran Church); “Members of Trinity,
thank you for your donation of water an can goods. Initially the LCMS Disaster Relief delivered a semi-truck to Zion, Ft Myers,
which is all gone and given out to those in need. So the relief center is now depending on FL-GA churches for donations and support. Ft. Myers electrical power grid has been finally restored and stores and gas stations are now once again stocked. Areas south of us like Naples, Bonita Springs, and Leigh Acres are still in recovery and need our help. So, work on those Flood Buckets!
And ps… whoever donated the bottle of sparkling wine, the relief staff thanks you…”

God bless you all for responding with the love of Christ!  Blessings on your reading,
Pastor Marc

Trinity Lutheran Church Disaster Relief Effort

Dear Church Family,
Pastor Jim Guelzow (retired from Messiah Lutheran in Tampa) has sent the CALL OUT to the Tampa area Lutheran churches and pastors, “folks in Ft Meyers, Naples, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres need our help.” If you have an extra case of water and/or can goods left over from your hurricane preparation, please bring it to church this weekend (Saturday or Sunday services) and it will be delivered to Zion Lutheran Church, Ft Myers on Sunday afternoon. Thank you for helping 🙂
God’s peace,
Pastor Marc
