Trinity Lutheran Church is a vibrant and growing congregation located at Longleaf Town Center of Trinity, Florida. We embrace the privilege of sharing the Gospel with the residents of Trinity and the many surrounding communities. By His grace, we believe God has brought us here to accomplish something truly remarkable.
When we gather for worship, Christ’s Spirit strengthens us through the means of grace (Word and Sacraments). As we receive God’s grace, our hearts respond with praise and thanksgiving. Worship at Trinity Lutheran Church always focuses on the person and work of Jesus Christ.
Traditional service is at 8:30 on Sunday morning. The service contains elements of the historic liturgy from the Lutheran Church with the celebration of the Lord’s Supper in every service. We sing traditional hymns to organ accompaniment. Dress is casual.
Contemporary Services are held at 10:30 on Sunday morning and at 6 p.m. on Saturday. These services offer a rich blend of contemporary music and modern hymns centered on the same historic liturgy as our traditional service. We celebrate the Lord’s Supper every Sunday. Dress is casual.
Children’s Church is held during the 10:30 am service. Preschool and Elementary children go to their classes at the beginning of worship then return for Communion with their families.
Rev. Marc E. Nauman came to Trinity as the Director of Family/Music Ministry in 2006. He completed the Special Ministry Program (SMP) at Concordia Seminary-St. Louis and was installed as Trinity’s pastor in December, 2011.
Dr. Arnold E. Kromphardt was the interim pastor at Trinity from 2009-2011. He now serves Trinity as assistant pastor.
Pastor Nauman’s 2015 “Values, Vision, Mission” Sermon (archived at Sermon.net) gives a good overview of TLC.
